Andre Prokovsky was born on 13 January 1939 in Paris, France. He was married to Galina Samsova and Elvire. He died on 15 August 2009 in Beausoleil, Alpes-Maritimes, France.
He performed in the ballet, "The Nutcracker," in a London Festival Ballet production at the Royal Festival Hall in London, England with John Gilpin, Natalie Krassovska, Marilyn Burr, Jeannette Minty, Louis Gadfrey, Selina Wylie, Terry Gilbert, Kenneth Sudell, Anita Landa, Keith Beckett, and Michael Hogan in the cast.
