Biography

Kobayashi is a cutting edge live action / animation / VFX director with more than 15 years of professional experience working in Advertising, Visual Effects, Photography and Animation. He has won some of the industries' most prestigious awards. Among others his clients include Diesel, MTV, Toyota, Pepsi Co, Gas Jeans, Enel, Replay, Gianfranco Ferre and Spada Vetture Sport.

He spent his entire life developing a frenzied love for moving images, music and every form of art. Despite his numerous awards, enjoying his work and infusing raw energy into all of his projects has been his best and career-long achievement.

Kobayashi has been a key speaker at events like Offf and Kuala Lumpur Design Week and he has been featured in many well-known design and advertising magazines such as 3D World, CG Plus, Brand Republic, GoMotion Magazine and many others.

You've probably already experienced some of Kobayashi's astounding work in many well-known motion pictures such as The Golden Compass and Hellboy 2 or in TV ads for Smirnoff Black, Toyota and Sony Bravia, to mention a few.
