Ram Mirchandani, a National Award-winning filmmaker with three decades of diverse experience in the Media & Entertainment sector, has led prominent Indian Film Studios like UTV - Disney, Sony, Endemol, and Eros International. At UTV, involved in co-production of Hollywood films; The Namesake (2006) directed by renowned filmmaker Mira Nair starring Kal Penn, Irrfan Khan and Tabu, The Happening (2008) with veteran Academy Award Nominee M. Night Shyamalan and Exterminators (2009) starring Heather Graham and Jennifer Coolidge in lead roles.

Lakshya, Rang De Basanti, Life in a Metro, Oye Lucky Lucky Oye, Fashion, Unnaipol Oruvan, Eenadu, Rockstar, Housefull, Anjaana Anjaani, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, Desi Boyz, Te3n, David, 102 Not Out, Padman etc. are some of the films from his tenure.

In 2011, He established Rampage Motion Pictures, a boutique production company known for producing landmark Indian films like Vicky Donor, Holiday - A Soldier is Never Off Duty, Shootout at Wadala to name a few which became commercial success and won several accolades including the prestigious National Award.

In July 2022, Ram produced and globally released an action packed entertainer "Khuda Haafiz: Chapter 2 - Agni Pariksha '' for Cinergy, with action star Vidyut Jammwal.
