Holly Salmons is a Production Accountant and Producer working across the Australian screen industry, with deep expertise in the financial structuring and delivery of feature films, television and documentary projects.

With more than two decades of experience spanning production, development and distribution, Holly combines creative insight with rigorous financial oversight. She holds postgraduate qualifications in Business and Accounting, along with a Graduate Diploma in Screen Business from AFTRS.

Over the past decade, she has led production accounting across feature drama, serial animation and documentary, managing multi-million-dollar budgets and complex funding structures. She partners closely with producers and investors to structure finance plans, safeguard cash-flow, ensure compliance, and deliver accurate cost reporting through to delivery, with particular expertise in the Producer Offset and QAPE management.

Known for her strategic, solutions-focused approach, Holly works beyond traditional accounting functions - supporting projects from finance plan through to final delivery. Her skill set naturally extends into Line Producing, where financial control, risk management and production logistics intersect.
