Biography

Greek-born Christos Andriopoulos works as a freelancer Creative Patternmaker for Alexander McQueen Haute Couture in London.

His portfolio also includes collaborations with New York fashion photographer Fadil Berisha and celebrities such as Hilary Swank, Charlize Theron, Jennifer Aniston, Demi Moore, Salma Hayek, and Penelope Cruz. For Hilary Swank, Julia Ormond, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis, Cynthia Nixon, Evan Handler, Mary-Louise Parker, Paris Hilton, Nia Vardalos, Patricia Heaton, Doris Robert, Usain Bolt.

With over 20 plus years in Fashion and design, this costume and fashion designer from Athens, Greece, boasts diplomas in Fashion Design and Styling from the prestigious Greek design schools, PANSiK and Vacalo. In addition, Christos Andriopoulos has attended various seminars in Europe and North America, including the Parsons School of Design in Paris, London College of Fashion, Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandise, and the American Film Institute in Los Angeles. In 1998, he risked everything with a significant move to Los Angeles to pursue his dream-and it has paid off.

Andriopoulos has worked with some of the best professionals in Fashion, theater, film, and television, such as Director David Lynch ("Twin Peaks"), cinematographer Janusz Kaminski ("Minority Report"), stylists Patricia Fields and Rebecca Weinberg (TV's "Sex and the City"), screenwriter Alan Ball ("American Beauty") and many others. While working as a costume designer for Anthony W. Johnson's "Ballet Magique," Christos produced and directed two seasons of a TV show in Greece called "Fashion in the City." And as Costume Designer for the National Theatre in Greece and European Theatre film festivals. Also, the Art Direction for two short films and fashion videos.

Now, Christos is back in Athens and continues to use his decades of knowledge & talent as a Creative Director, Image Maker, Stylist, Fashion & Costume Designer, Art Director & Special Events Planner/ Coordinator to share his experience around the world.
