Biography

Marie-Anne Malleville was born on February 8, 1892 in Sainte-Gemmes-sur-Loire, Maine-et-Loire, France. She was a director and assistant director, known for La route éternelle (1953), À Joinville, un dimanche (1957) and Gossette (1923). She was married to Georges Colson and Malleville X. She died on March 11, 1971 in Paris, France.

Marie-Anne Colson-Malleville and Germaine Dulac were partners in both professional and private lives, from the early 1920s until Dulac's death in 1942. She was married twice during her time with Dulac, to Paul Malleville and to George Colson; both men were in the French film industry.
