Raoul B. Reinert

Raoul (47) is a producer, screenwriter and media lawyer in Hamburg. The Black Forest native produced the intern. awarded feature LESSONS OF A DREAM (Dir. Sebastian Grobler), starring Daniel Brühl. For Jennifer - Longing for Better (Dir. Lars Jessen) he received the German Comedy Award 2018. Since 2015 he produces the critically acclaimed and prime time rating winner movies DENGLER, political thrillers by Lars Kraume. The #1 hit from Finland GRUMP, from director Mika Kaurismäki, started in German cinemas Nov. 24th, 2022. Raoul is a law graduate of Heidelberg University and film production graduate from Hamburg University (Hamburg Media School) and has learned his profession at Zide/Perry Ent. in L.A. (American Pie 3, Final Destination 3), Ciby 2000 in Paris (Secrets & Lies, R. Mike Leigh/Fallait pas...!, R. Gérard Jugnot), IAC Films in London (Everybody loves Sunshine) and at Eurosport in Paris. He worked as a producer for Bavaria for int. TV productions (a.o. 1200°, Avalanche of the Century), for Polyphon Film (Father Brown, Koyama's Menu) and for Aspekt Telefilm-Produktion (GRUMP). Raoul is member of the German and of the European Film Academy. His films have received over 40 international awards.
