Sedena Cappannelli

Wellness Advocate Born under California's sunny skies and raised in various parts of the country as the eldest of eight in a military family, Sedena Cappannelli's early life was marked by change, adaptability, and a deep appreciation for human stories-threads that would ultimately shape her life as actor, producer, and wellness pioneer. Her acting career began in San Francisco with a commercial that sparked a lifelong passion. A gifted storyteller and performer, Sedena went on to build a successful career in film, television, and theater. A proud member of SAG-AFTRA, her credits include a season on Star Trek: The Next Generation, appearances in numerous episodic television series and feature films, and stage work with the acclaimed West Coast Theater Ensemble and Los Angeles Shakespeare Circle. Her love of theatre, film, and television led her to broaden her reach. She produced live theater in Los Angeles at Theatre/Theater in Hollywood and created and developed the concept for an innovative, good news television program called Earth Alive Network. Later, she co-produced and hosted two syndicated radio programs, co-produced and hosted a Telly Award-winning, 2- Hour Live-Stream Pre-Inaugural Special, and co-produced, hosted, and was featured in the award-winning 40-episode PBS Ageless Living Series, now on Prime and Tubi. A nationally recognized wellness consultant and retreat leader, Sedena has dedicated her life to personal growth, wellness, and redefining the concept of aging. She created PEP- Personal Energy Program, her innovative wellness DVD featured on GaiamTV, where she shares energy practices and visionary wellness strategies for living fully at any age. During this period, Sedena also co-authored 5 award-winning books with her husband and partner, George Cappannelli, including Do Not Go Quietly, winner of the Gold Nautilus Award. This book launched the co-founding of AgeNation, a transformational platform helping people embrace aging as a journey of vitality and purpose. Throughout this expansive period, Sedena's immersion in the different aspects of film and television deepened her experience and her skills both on and off camera, and continued to fuel her love of acting. As a result, she is now returning her focus to acting, her first love. Sedena lives with her husband, their pets, and a close-knit community, where she continues to inspire others to live their dreams, at any age.
