David Horowitz was born on 10 January 1939 in Forest Hills, Queens, New York City, New York, USA. He was married to April Mullvain, Shay Marlowe, Sam Moorman and Elissa Krauthamer. He died on 29 April 2025 in Denver, Colorado, USA.
