A native of the UK, Michael entered the sound industry after attending New York University. He has been a sound designer for video games and television for 20 years. Michael has provided audio for such high profile titles as Call of Duty, Mortal Kombat, and Dead Space. Accolades include and MPSE award for outstanding interactive audio for his work on Call of Duty: WW2 and multiple GANG awards for Call of Duty: WW2 and Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. Michael has been a guest lecturer at many educational institutions including Flashpoint Academy in Chicago and the University of Edinburgh. In 2019 He spoke at PAX Australia recounting many of the recording techniques used on Call of Duty. Michael cites Gary Rydstrom and Richard King as his greatest influences.
