Born Evelyn Smith, she was a dancer in the 1940s performing in a number of Soundies and enjoyed an extravagant lifestyle often attending her famous brother’s boxing matches. She is the sister of Marie Smith (Brewer) and the boxer Walker Smith Jr. (Sugar Ray Robinson). Evelyn has modeled for magazines such as Say Magazine.
