Viktoria Vellopoulou is a Greek director and cinematographer with a background in French literature from the University of Athens and film directing from Paul Valery Montpellier III in France. Since 2000 she has worked in cinema, television and advertising as both director and photographer. Her films The Bear (2008), Excision (2014) and The Extra Mile (2016) have received more than twenty international awards at film festivals worldwide. She has collaborated with major broadcasters and platforms including National Geographic, BBC and Netflix, building a career that combines creative storytelling with strong visual expression.
