Biography

Despoina Arfanis is a Greek business professional with experience in customer engagement, sales, and human resources.

She works at Coca-Cola HBC in Athens, Greece, where she manages Engagement Programs. Previously, she served as an HR Intern for Coca-Cola HBC and gained experience in retail as a Salesperson at JD Sports Fashion and as a Sales Assistant at Inditex (Zara).

Despoina holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB), where she developed expertise in KPI management, performance tracking, strategic thinking, and change management.

She is the sister of Christos Arfanis, a filmmaker known for his work in the Greek film industry.
