Michael E. Paragon, a Sarasota, Florida-born Atlanta-based actor got the acting bug as an extra while serving in the U.S. Army. As an extra on the Vietnam war-based TV series, Tour of Duty, he had the opportunity to work with Miguel Nunez and Director Bill Duke. Called to the spotlight once again as a founder of a spoken word venue, The Wordplay Cafe, he found a passion re-ignited. He continues to build a strong portfolio of roles ranging from background extra to leading man. His mindset is simple: breathe life into every story and disappear into every character.
