Matthew Cox is a British Executive Producer & Showrunner who has created, written & produced unscripted TV reality shows and high concept documentary formats for major networks & streamers in both the UK & the US; including Netflix, A&E, Oxygen, Bravo, TLC, Lifetime, NBCU, Peacock, Discovery, ITV, BBC, C4, Five and Sky. Best known for Emmy Award winning The Day I Picked My Parents (A&E), BAFTA winning The Queen's 90'th Birthday Celebrations (ITV), 100% Hotter (Netflix), My DNA Mystery: The Real Life Mamma Mia (TLC), Secret Crush (Bravo.com & ITV2), Inside The Manson Cult: The Lost Tapes (Fox) My Shocking Story: The Man With No Face (Discovery), Alive: Back To The Andes (Five), Extraordinary People: Tree Man The Cure (Discovery), Shooting Britney (E4/C4), Celebrity Trash Monsters: What's Your Waste Size? (C4), British people's award show The Pride Of Britain Awards (ITV), and has guest directed a Downton Abbey special for Text Santa (ITV). In February 2024 Cox's new dating reality show Couple To Throuple premiered to great reviews on Peacock. Cox then went onto launch his own production company Drumroll and is currently in production with NBCU's home of true crime Oxygen.
