Shreelakshmi Bhat, also known as Babyshree is the World's Youngest Female Director, World’s Youngest Braille Author, Youngest Trained Medical Clown Performer and Youngest Neuroscience Multi-Sensory Educational Innovator, Social Activist, Actress, Author, Musician, Athlete, and Academic Achiever. She made her directorial debut at the age of 9 with the film Prakrati, followed by Strusti (age 12), Nadhanka (age 14), the music album Siri (age 14), and Ruthu (age 15). For each of these projects, she wrote the Story, Screenplay, Dialogues, and Lyrics, for each of her films, in addition to directing. Her groundbreaking work has been honored by the Golden Book of Records, London Book of Records, USA Book of Records, UN Book of Records, Asian Book of Records, India Book of Records, Karnataka Book of Records, and Kalam Book of Records.

Her Braille book Mudra Sankalpa makes hand mudras accessible to visually impaired students and earned her recognition from the World Book of Records as the Youngest Braille Author. Her Kannada emotional fictional narrative Nagumogadolagondu Mookamouna explores the hidden pain, fear, silence and courage of a person affected by cancer.

A gifted Multi-Instrumentalist, Shreelakshmi plays nine instruments (Flute, Sitar, Tabla, Veena, Violin, Pakwaj, Keyboard, Guitar, and Manjira), and is trained in Bharatanatyam and Kathak.

Shreelakshmi Bhat is recognised as the Youngest Trained Medical Clown Performer, World’s Youngest Braille Author and Youngest Multi-Sensory Educational Neuroscience Innovator. Through medical clowning, she brings smiles, music, courage and emotional healing to hospital patients, while her cancer awareness campaign reached over 10,000 homes. She authored Mudra Sankalpa and works with visually impaired students through Abacus, fast calculation, Blind Chess, adapted sports, Antar Chetana Yoga Mudra Abhiyaan and Sparsha Shakti tactile art. Her Swara Taranga initiative supports autistic, ADHD and developmentally challenged children through music, magic, puppetry, rhythm, art and sensory friendly learning. Her social work also empowers underprivileged women and transgender communities through livelihood training. She organises free eye and health camps, promotes eye donation, leads Rakta Sanjeevini Abhiyaan, supports Pulse Polio campaigns and uses her artistic earnings for service. Her environmental initiatives include Maatrachaaya Vruksh Abhiyaan, over 8,000 saplings, Trash to Tree Mission, Bird Care Mission, Plastic Free Campus Campaign and Jal Rakshan Abhiyaan. She also conducts Sakhi Suraksha, cyber and road safety, Veera Vandana, skill development, self defence, Suraksha Jyoti, Book Buddy, disaster preparedness and CPR awareness transforming knowledge into action, confidence, dignity, inclusion and lasting social change. Across schools, hospitals and underserved communities, her work inspires responsibility, preparedness, compassion, confidence and self-belief.

Shreelakshmi Bhat's diverse contributions to Cinema, Literature, Music, Sports, and Social Service have earned her recognition as one of India's most accomplished Youth Achievers.
