Biography

David's passions in life are acting and world travel, he has seen many of the wonders on this planet from the Taj Mahal to the lost city of the Inca's, and is always looking for new places to visit and explore, he is an avid traveller with over 30 countries under his belt, however, there is still lots to see and he is determined to see it all.

Since leaving Drama School he has worked in TV, Film and Theatre. Acting alongside Jane Hurrocks and Neil Morrissey in comedy sketches for the "All Star Comedy Show" and "Monkey Trousers" (Pett Baby Cow Ltd) for ITV and filming two low budget films, "Cab Hustle" and "Live For The Moment"

His acting passion began at an early age performing for his family every Christmas along with his sister's, usually Motown, usually Stevie Wonder, although it wasn't until 2000 that he decided to give acting 100% of his time, quitting his 9-5 job. After a short trip across America. he trained at The Actors Theatre School in Hendon, sitting LAMDA exams. He then successfully gained a place at the Drama Studio London (Ealing) and completed a Post Grad Diploma in acting.

His theatre work started with a showcase at the Criterion Theatre playing Sweeny in "Dealers Choice" directed by Lesley Vickerage. Since then he has been fortunate to grace the stage of the Lyric Hammersmith in a play called "Slave Teacher" playing Dick Ebru a slave catcher, and Jermyn Street Theatre where he played Ken In "The Woman Who Cooked Her Husband". He has had success in comedy farce, playing the Burglar and Inspector in "When Did You Last See Your Trousers" and in Panto at Leatherhead Theatre in 2005 and most recently played Cheswick in "One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest" at the Broadway Theatre Catford.
