Wesley Darrell Daniels

Wesley Darrell Daniels was born in Milwaukee, WI October 23, 1971. As a teenager he was an aspiring rapper who hoped that his rapping career would open doors for him to become a full time actor. He opened up for national recording acts Troop, JJ Fad, and X-CLAN. That dreamed never happened, but it didn't stop his desire to be on the silver screen. He would go on to work behind the scenes on "The Kings of Comedy" tour. He worked in the Art department of the film "Heavens Fall" which starred Academy Award winner Timothy Hutton and Anthony Mackie. Eventually he ended up in Greensboro, NC where he landed his first speaking role in the independent film "Nick" (Pitchvine Entertainment). From that point he would go on to portray a wide range of characters in other independent productions. In 2011 he wrote, produced, cast, co-directed, and starred in his own short film entitled "Hello." He has written a web series entitled "Mwuaji" (pronounced moo-ah-gee) which means assassin in Swahili, that he is looking to film in the early part of 2021. He has also written two feature length films entitled "The Filthy Filthy and "The Final Chapter" which are both waiting to go into production.
