Brina Palencia was born on February 13, 1984 as Brina Michelle Palencia. She is an Honduran-American actress, voice-over artist and director, known for One Piece (1999), Dragon Ball Z Kai (2009), The Walking Dead (2010), and Star-Crossed (2014). Her voice has been featured in numerous animated series and video games including The Walking Dead: Michonne (2016), Donkey Kong Country Returns (2013), Dead or Alive 5 (2012), World of Warcraft (2004), Duke Nukem Forever (2011), Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (2009), Fullmetal Alchemist (2003) and Detective Conan (1996). Growing up, she split her time between Honduras and the United States. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
