Biography

Shawn Sharp is a Florida-based actor originally from the Midwest. He’s drawn to the tension between who we are and who we’re afraid to be, and is especially drawn to character-driven stories that live in the space between internal conflict and transformation.

He has appeared in features, student, indie, and short films, in both principal and supporting roles. These include Monster Tapes, Paper Made, Stages of Deterioration, Welcome 2 Weshaven, and more, as well as multiple commercial and industrial advertisements.

Shawn enjoys emotionally grounded performances that explore vulnerability, identity, and psychological depth. With a background in musical theatre, screen acting, and vocal training, Shawn brings both technical precision and authenticity to his work.
