Biography

Vaughn Rowsell has music in his veins. Growing up in a musical family in Glovertown, Newfoundland, Vaughn soon became accustomed to singing, composing, playing string instruments and touring across Canada with his father Fred Rowsell (a.k.a. Bobby Evans) and his band, The Cobblestones. Vaughn also immersed himself with the recording industry with his own studio in St. John's since 1995. Vaughn travelled extensively while recording audio for television programs, documentaries and dramas. He also mixed countless episodes and documentaries for Animal Planet, CBC, Discovery Channel and other networks. Vaughn created a name for himself in the concert promotion business during the past 10 years as Co-owner of 5th String Entertainment while bringing top country and rock performers to Atlantic Canada. In 2016, Vaughn started VaughnCo Entertainment and now brings all genres of musical performers, bands and family entertainment to audiences across Canada.
