Txomin Laffage was the father of Nagore Laffage. Nagore, a nurse from Euskadi, Spain, was murdered in 2008 during the San Fermin festivities in Pamplona. Nagore studied nursery and was interested in psychiatry. Txomin was married to Asun Casasola and they had another son Javier Laffage. Txomin died on 6 September 2019 in Spain at 67.
