Pete Crow-Armstrong was born on March 25, 2002 in Los Angeles, California, United States.

On September 11, 2023, he made his MLB debut with the Chicago Cubs against the Colorado Rockies at Coors Field in Denver, CO. He entered the game as a pinch runner in the 7th inning, remained in the game playing center field, recording a sacrifice bunt in the 9th inning.

On June 10, 2020, he was drafted by the New York Mets.
