- Zemfira Talgatovna Ramazanova was born in Ufa in a family of the doctor and the teacher of history. Since five years studied at musical school (chorus, a piano). In 1990 becomes the captain of female junior national basketball team. Leaves sports, arrives at once on the second year of branch of a vocal of the Ufa school of arts which has ended with the red diploma. In parallel with study sang at the Ufa restaurants. In 1996 she worked on Europe Plus radio station where started to record on the computer her first songs: "Pochemu?", "Sneg", "Sinoptik". In the beginning of 1998 she has created own group "Zemfira". Now she is the most popular female rock singer in Russia.

- Her parents were Talgat Talkhoevich Ramazanov (April 3, 1932-May 10, 2009), a history teacher, and Florida Khakievna Ramazanova (1947-2015), a physiotherapist.
- Had an older brother, Ramil Ramazanov (1967-June 13, 2010), who was killed as a result of an accident during an underwater hunt.
