Biography

Laura has appeared On and Off Broadway at The Brooks Atkinson Theater, Manhattan Theater Club, The Public Theater, Shakespeare in the Park, and Playwrights Horizons HB Playwrights (select credits). Laura made her Broadway debut playing Eli Wallach's daughter in Cafe Crown after being given her start by Joseph Papp. Regional credits include Baltimore's Center Stage, Alliance Theater Company, NY Stage and Film Powerhouse Theater, NJ Shakespeare, George Street, and Williamstown.

Onscreen, she Guest Starred on TV in New Amsterdam, Gypsy, The Following, Law and Order, Special Victims Unit, Criminal Intent, When I Grow Up (Pilot), and Featured and Supporting roles in the films: Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere, It Had To Be You, Everything is Ordinary, The Ride Home, and Wayward Son.

She received her Master of Fine Arts in Acting from the NYU Graduate Acting Program and is a member of The Actors Center and proud member of the Board. She is married to the Drummer Anton Fig.
