Shawn Holland

Shawn Javonte Holland was born in Chicago, Illinois to mother Shonnita "Shon' Lanier (who he's affectionately named after) and father Michael Holland Sr. He has two older brothers (Michael JR, Tyrus) & three younger siblings (Sebastian, Zoey, Gavin) He's always had a passion for acting. From an early age his mother would create costumes at home for him to dress up in and improvise a scene. He took up drama in middle school & high school. He knew acting would be what he wanted to do with his life. His parents and siblings encouraged him through every success and failure. He started off working as a background actor for shows such as "Chicago Fire", and "Empire". Eventually he landed his first speaking and lead role in a feature film titled, "TigerStyle!" at the age of nineteen. Since then he has been steadily auditioning and taking part in Theatre, Film, Print, and television roles. In his free time he likes to play on his guitar and bass. He can next be seen as Kyle in "Clout Nine" & as Carl in "Barrett"
