Fernando Castilla Vela
Fernando Castilla Vela was a 27 years old Spanish member of civil protection who tragically died on 15 November 1992 in an accident during the search of Alcàsser girls (Miriam, Toñi, Desirée) who disappeared two days before. Another member of civil protection, Francisco Conejo, was injured in the same accident. Fernando's mother was Josefa Vela.
