Born in New Jersey and now based in Los Angeles, Sarah Spiegel has built a respected career across television, stage, and music, earning recognition for her professionalism, range, and consistent performance.

Sarah's diverse resume includes guest-starring roles on nationally broadcast television series such as Samantha Who?, The King of Queens, Boston Public, NCIS, Living with Fran, and Providence. A seasoned stage performer as well, she has earned acclaim for her vocal strength and presence in productions ranging from Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat to Dancing at Lughnasa, The Caucasian Chalk Circle, and The Threepenny Opera.

Sarah toured nationally as the featured vocalist with Louis Prima Jr. and the Witnesses, honoring and revitalizing the iconic legacy of Louis Prima Sr. and his timeless hits such as "Just a Gigolo," "Jump, Jive an' Wail," "That Old Black Magic," and "Sing, Sing, Sing." Known as "The Regal Miss Sarah Spiegel" or "The Regal Miz," her interpretations of 1930s and 1940s standards are featured daily on Palm Beach County's WJTW 100.3 FM, alongside legendary artists such as Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, and Barbra Streisand.

Driven by her enduring connection to the music of the World War II era, Sarah created and premiered her original one-woman show, Through the Perilous Fight (We Never Stopped Singing), at the Pico Playhouse in Los Angeles. The production pays tribute to the resilience and spirit of that time through a blend of classic standards and original works. Several songs featured in the show are included on her album As Time Goes By, a collection of World War II-era music and original compositions that further showcases her commitment to preserving and reinterpreting this important musical legacy.

Demonstrating her versatility beyond music and acting, Sarah was selected by General Motors to serve as a national spokesperson for the company's centennial celebration. In this high-profile role, she appeared alongside prominent figures from the business and entertainment industries, with her work continuing to be featured across television and digital platforms as part of GM's ongoing brand legacy.

Sarah's rendition of "I Dreamed a Dream" from Les Misérables, released under Jesse Saunders' BrokenRecords label, is available on all streaming platforms.
