  • Marysia Trembecka is an actress and comic, she often plays yummy mummies or crazy strong women.

    Marysia creates her own solo theatre shows and tours internationally with her theatre, cabaret and comedy work including her comedy character THE SINGING PSYCHIC, from sell out Edinburgh Fringe and Adelaide Fringe runs to a TEDx talk as The Singing Psychic and various TV and live appearances.

    The award nominated (Best Show, Funny Women 2016) comedy character THE SINGING PSYCHIC now has a game show version and also performed at the Brit Awards Official Afterparty at the 02. She has also written and produced various webseries including SONGS OF BREXIT.

    Marysia's solo theatre work on women and sexual politics was awarded Arts Council Funding for R&D script development. Entitled QUEEN OF THE F*CKING WORLD, she plays bass guitar and sings as well as the script being based on many interviews she has done with women and LGBT organisations. She also DJ's as Queen.

    Highlights of her film acting include the multi-award winning SUNDAY DINNER WITH THE MORGANS has reached the semifinal nominations for an Academy Award, having been in over 30 festivals worldwide.

    GIRLS FOR SALE is now on Amazon Prime, Shudder, a short in which she plays a war photographer, premiered in Cannes in 2016, MOTHERS HEART in 2015. LATENT is now screening at various film festivals in 2017 after its premiere screening at BAFTA.

    Further notable project are the very successful TV Drama/Documentary '50 Ways To Kill Your Lover' and a cameo in THE VAMPS video for 'SHALL WE DANCE' which reached No 2 in the UK chart. Further screen highlights include the breakthrough Stonewall commercial with multi-award winning commercials director Joanna Bailey and a short documentary 'Pedigree Poultry' she narrated was nominated for a Royal Television Student Award, it is basically 'Best In Show' with feathers!

    Marysia Trembecka has a Polish father and was born in the UK. Marysia trained in London, Los Angeles and New York. Marysia is an actor/musician/singer, her main instrument is the jazz bass guitar and she excels at harmonies. She is a former City trader (basically like Wall Street but in London for HSBC) and then retrained as an actress.
