Dr. Wagner Jr. was born on 12 August 1965 in Torreon, Coahuila, Mexico. He is an actor and director, known for VPR Producciones Celebrando La Navidad (2020), Mofles y Canek en máscara vs. cabellera (1992) and TNA iMPACT! Wrestling (2004).
