Pouya Razavi is an Iranian-born Canadian actor, writer, director, and video editor living in Montreal. Since 2019, he has been actively involved in filmmaking, acting, screenwriting, and editing. As an actor, Pouya has performed in over 8 short films in both lead and supporting roles, and has appeared in two feature films - one in a main supporting role and one as an extra.
In addition to acting, he has written and directed two short films, worked as an assistant director on four short films, served as a script and directing consultant on another project, and edited various film and video projects. Pouya is passionate about storytelling and visual arts, and also enjoys photography alongside his film work.
He is fluent in Persian (Farsi), speaks English at an advanced level, and understands French well. He aims to continue developing his craft as an actor, director, writer, and editor in Canadian and international cinema.
