Alison Holloway is an acclaimed executive producer and showrunner with an exceptional track record creating ambitious, premium unscripted television for the world’s leading networks and streaming platforms. Most recently, Alison served as Executive Producer and Showrunner of Netflix’s new reality competition series Wonka’s The Golden Ticket, following her work leading the hugely ambitious Netflix series Building the Band. Her career has helped shape the landscape of entertainment television, with senior creative credits spanning some of the genre’s biggest cultural phenomena, including America’s Got Talent, American Idol, and Little Big Shots. Across music, talent and reality competition, Alison has built a reputation for launching blockbuster formats, leading large-scale productions and creating television that connects with audiences around the world. Her success is grounded in a formidable career on both sides of the camera. After establishing herself as an on-screen journalist and sports presenter in the UK, Alison moved to Los Angeles in 1994, where she quickly broke into the US market - first fronting major television shows, then taking that experience behind the camera in the early 2000s.
