Biography

Santosh Kumar Gupta is a versatile writer, director, choreographer, music director, lyricist, and creative professional with extensive experience in theatre, regional cinema, music videos, advertising, television commercials, and documentary filmmaking.

He has written, directed, and choreographed 40+ commercial Chhattisgarhi music video albums and has contributed to several released feature films, including Karam Ke Lekha, Maya Ho Gai Re, and Maya Ke Mandir. His other notable credits include Kaand: Black Scandal, where he worked as Writer, Choreographer, Music Director, and Lyricist, and X-Ray: The Inner Image, for which he wrote dialogues.

In advertising, Santosh has written and directed TVCs featuring personalities such as Raveena Tandon, Priyank Sharma, and Prakash Raj. He has also written and directed 22 documentary films for UHRC on projects associated with the Government of the United Kingdom in Indore.

As a lyricist and music professional, he has contributed to projects including Deswa, Padduram, and Kaand: Black Scandal, with songs performed by artists including Sonu Nigam, Mika Singh, Madhushree, and others.
