- Ramin Soltani is an independent Iranian filmmaker and screenwriter. He holds a BA in Cinema from Soore University. Rooted in a minimalist realist approach, his work examines the uneasy intersection of private life and public power. His short film The Accused Showed No Remorse (2025) had its world premiere at the Kaohsiung Film Festival in Taiwan and received the Best Film award at the 15th ISFA Awards.
