This early experience ignited a lifelong passion for the sport, leading him to explore various climbing disciplines, including free soloing and multi-pitch routes. Taylor's passion for climbing has led him on journeys throughout North America, from Joshua Tree in California to Utah's Indian Creek, and all the way to Alaska's Denali, capturing photographs at each destination. Notably, Taylor has described a harrowing 80-foot fall off Half Dome in Yosemite, which he survived and later reflected upon as a transformative experience.
