Victor Teran is originally from New York City. He is an American award-winning children's book author and entrepreneur. A four-time martial arts Hall of Fame. Actor. Fight Choreographer. Featured in Chuck Norris's book, "Who's who in the Martial Arts". Ernie Reyes Sr. & Bill "Superfoot" Wallace "Changing Lives series". Actor, featured in commercials, films, music videos, martial arts magazine, New York Weekly magazine, and other media sources.

Marine Corps combat veteran (1996-2004). Served honorably in a combat zone (OEF & OIF) from 2003 to 2013. After the Marine Corps, he served as a Private Military Security Operator (2004-2009), and later served as an Agent-in-Charge in the U.S. State Department, Diplomatic Security Service (2009- 2013). Has honorably served our nation for over seventeen years.

Mr. Teran is the Colorado State President for the professional martial arts league, KOMBAT TAEKWONDO. PRO-AM ICO-USA West Regional Director. In addition, he is a Grandmaster martial arts instructor, 9th degree black belt and owns a martial arts training center in Arvada. He continues to teach martial arts to his community in Colorado. International Taekwon-Do Academy has created many State, National and World champions.
