Biography

Emily Swanson is a professional music editor with decades of experience editing music for film, TV, album release, choreography and events. She has formal music training, including a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance (Opera) and Master of Music in Sound Recording from McGill University in Montreal. She started out doing classical music editing for CD releases on the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation's record label and the Naxos label before moving into film music editing. She spent several years in London, UK before settling in Australia. She has taught film music editing at the Australian Film, Television & Radio School. She operates two websites.
