Daniel Blum(VII)

Dan Blum grew up in Roslyn, Long Island, the son of a psychoanalyst and a psychologist. He studied literature at Brandeis University and is the author of two novels, "LISA33", a comedy of internet romance, published by Viking in 2003, and "The Feet Say Run", a literary novel set against the backdrop of World War II Germany, published by Gabriel's Horn in 2016. He first dabbled in screenwriting after film rights for "The Feet Say Run" were sold to independent producer Jared Ian Goldman and he offered to write the screenplay based on the novel. Dan is Blum is also the creator of the humor blog and website, "The Rotting Post". His articles have appeared in Publisher's Weekly and Poets and Writers magazine. He is the screenwriter and co-producer for the feature film "Caroline", a bittersweet comedy of about a mother-daughter shoplifting team.
