Michael Peel is a London based Filmmaker. He wrote and Directed the historical drama Between Heaven & Earth - a story of George Mallory, the man who may have been the first person to climb Mount Everest. He wrote and Directed the award winning documentary film Gervase, about the life of an aging World War II bomber pilot.
He is a Co-founder of BottleRocket Film LMT; an independent, London based production company, making dramas, corporates and documentaries.
In addition he has worked as a cinematographer for:
'The Iris Echo' - Short Film, accepted into the Miami International Sci-fi,the OceanCity, the Dublin Sci-fi and the Derby Film Festivals. As Well as the Cannes Short Film Corner. 'Oxymorons' - Comedy Short, accepted into Annual New Zealand Film Awards & Discover.Film awards. 'Together Forever' - Comedy Webseries, Semi-Finalist for Best Webseries at the UK Offline Web Fest & Official Selection at the Monkey Bread Tree Film Awards, nominated for best Webseries.
