A former BBC and IGN journalist, Ryan Leston produced his debut short film, Benched, in 2024.
After covering Hollywood for over a decade, he decided to turn his hand to filmmaking, and began working on a follow-up short film in 2025, with several other projects in the works. Although a relatively new writer-director, he is interested in a variety of genres, and plans to experiment with interactive movies.
