Jordan Whitley(V)

Jordan Whitley is an Atlanta based stage and film actor known for his physical comedy and the quiet expression of a character's vulnerability and intensity. Growing up Jordan was primarily interested in sports, playing tennis, football, basketball as well as enjoying power-lifting and Olympic style weightlifting. It wasn't until attending college at Florida State University, when at a crossroads of what to do with his life, that Jordan auditioned for the school's theatre season. Despite it being his first ever time acting, Jordan was called back and later cast in a play that year. He now holds a degree from Florida State University's School of Theatre. Jordan is best known on the Atlanta stage for his portrayal of Dean in A Merrily Players Presents production of Gloria by Brandon Jacobs-Jenkins in which he received praise for his authenticity on stage. On film he recently starred The Killing Cell where critics once again praised his authenticity as well as his ability to embody the gritty insanity of the film.
