Biography

Luca Ladisa is a Toronto-based producer, director, and actor dedicated to crafting compelling, character-driven stories that balance emotional depth with moments of humor. He is best known for producing and starring in the 2025 Couch Film Festival Best Sci-Fi award-winning short Paid in Pieces. His recent work includes producing his thesis film Room 206, slated for release in 2026.

Luca studied Film & Television Production at Humber Polytechnic, where he hones his creative voice and deepened his passion for storytelling through a producing lens. In early 2025, while on the set of The Garden of Earthly Delights, he co-founded Two-Gents Films with his good friend Arman Mehrian. Through their company, Luca aims to develop bold, meaningful films that place complex characters at the forefront.
