Biography

Toby Farrar was born on July 18, 1969. He is a cinematographer, known for The French Dispatch (2021), The Grand Budapest Hotel (2014) and Isle of Dogs (2018).

Lost his right hand in an electrocution accident in 1989 and now wears a prosthetic underarm with a hook. Despite this he's managed to have a successful career as a film gaffer - a very physical job.
