Biography

Sam Orlick (professionally known as "Samwell", "DJ Samwell", "DJ Samwell VO", "Daft Lucario", "Dash Wolf" and/or "Master Twins") is an American DJ, electronic music artist, singer, voice actor, screen actor, former martial arts instructor, and content creator from New Jersey, USA.

He is best known as a frontman of DJ/producer trio, Daft Lucario since the group's inception in February 2016. Sam has also been active in the voice acting scene since December 2024 with his best known voice role being the recurring character, "DJ Heard Ya" in Hard Evidence

As a result of the undying love and support from his friends and family, Sam started experimenting in the media industry from a very young age, creating his first YouTube channel in January 2015, starting Daft Lucario in February 2016, gaining the ability to DJ in June 2021, closing out his first electronic music festival in July 2024, and finally diving into the voice acting industry later in December 2024 when he stumbled upon an open casting call for Studio Zubio's upcoming indie-animated mystery/adventure series, "Bunderkin" one day while on Instagram.

Sam is the voice of DJ Heard Ya in the upcoming adult indie-animated series, "Hard Evidence", a project spearheaded by voice actors Damian Ryan, & John Cav, whom Sam met through the aforementioned Bunderkin audition. He also voices 2 characters in the upcoming indie project, "Apple Crush", a project spearheaded by one of his social media followers that is slated to release in the near future.

Sam's undying love for being a professional main stage DJ, and a voice/screen actor simultaneously brings his creativity, ambition, bubbly personality, natural acting abilities (without prior education), and on-stage energy to new heights and has no signs of stopping anytime soon.
