Biography

Mona Garcia is a Philadelphia born, Los Angeles based Puerto Rican actress and model whose family heritage includes Mediterranean, European, and Latin American ancestry. She began performing in dance, arts, and sports at a young age and has over a decade of on camera, improv, and performance experience. Mona trained at Two Roads Studios and LA Acting Studio in Advanced improv and Intermediate Acting, developing versatile skills for commercial, fashion, and narrative projects.

She has modeled in the LA Fashion Show and has been published internationally, including in Selin (Netherlands). A certified Exercise Scientist, Elite Trainer, and athlete, Mona holds multiple ISSA certifications in Personal Training, Group Exercise, Sports Nutrition, Pilates, Yoga, and Zumba® and owns a private fitness business.

In addition to acting and modeling, Mona is a beauty, fitness, and wellness content creator who collaborates with brands including MAC Cosmetics through Club MAC and Sephora as a UGC creator. Passionate about storytelling, she develops original film projects while combining her background in movement, wellness, and technology to support her creative work.
