Biography

Rebecca Greubel (she/they) is a director, writer and producer based in Southwest Colorado and New York City. Her first short film Muffled Sounds (2025) premiered at the New York International Short Film Festival, and showed at the Malibu Film Festival online. Their work focuses on mental health and societal pressures, specifically for women and queer folk. She's a third-culture kid, growing up in Argentina, Singapore, Brazil, Switzerland and the US.
