Biography

Victoria was the third child born to Richard and Eileen Chen of Highland Park, New Jersey. She was preceded by brothers Emmanuel and Christopher and has a younger sister, Kristine. Victoria likes to tell people she was born in the "Far East" as New Jersey is certainly far East of California where she has lived most of her life. Reared in "The OC" (Orange County), Victoria attended El Modena High School, University of California Irvine and received her law degree from Western State University. After 7 happy years, she gave up a successful career as a bond broker to pursue truth, justice and the American way at the Orange County District Attorney's office as a prosecutor. She trained at the Orange County Commercial Acting workshop under the tutelage of Ron Michaelson. Victoria has done commercials and modeling. Her acting career was remarkable only in its brevity and mediocrity with the pinnacle of success being her listing in the IMDB. Victoria is currently busy rearing her three small children (Richard, DJ and Chloe) who keep her challenged, entertained and weary. She has been blissfully married to Devallis Rutledge since 1993 and has two grown step-sons (Ryan and Evan).
