Cynthia Wortmann-Tenorio is in her Junior year at CSUN with an emphasis in Cinematography and a minor in Theatre Production and Design. Having worked within CSUN on multiple thesis films as an art director/production designer, she has acquired student film experience throughout her time at school. Outside of school, she's gained various experience on film sets working within different aspects of the art department, having assisted her father on productions such as "The Mandalorian" and "Joker: Folie a Deux" within the art department. She has also gained union days as a specialty costumer and painter for the upcoming film, "The Odyssey", and plans to grow her experience and resume even further in the upcoming months.
Cynthia's expertise as a production designer falls under many facets, creating a visual world by drawing and designing ideas while collaborating with the director and cinematographer to create a cohesive and beautiful set. She is skilled in the steps of conceptualizing, building, and painting whatever set pieces or props she may need to make a vision come to life with a passion and effectiveness.
