Ildar Kuyanchiev, professionally known as KIM, is an actor, casting director, international talent agent, director, and producer from Uzbekistan.

He began his film career in the early 2000s in Russia, first gaining on-set experience as an actor before moving into work with actors and casting processes. This early background gave him a practical understanding of performance, talent coordination, and the creative dynamics of film production.

Over the years, Ildar has built a versatile career across multiple areas of the screen industry. After returning to Uzbekistan, he continued to work actively as a casting director and international talent agent, connecting actors and creative professionals with film and television projects. In addition to casting and talent management, he has also worked as a producer, executive producer, creative producer, director, and actor.

Known for his hands-on industry experience and wide professional network, Ildar is involved in projects that emphasize strong storytelling, authentic performances, and international collaboration. In October 2023, Ildar invited Kevin Spacey to attend the Tashkent International Film Festival as a guest of honor.
