Theater, cinema and TV series actor. He was born on June 29, 1972 in Eskisehir. He started his education in Istanbul University Sociology Department in 1989 and completed it at Hacettepe University Ankara State Conservatory Theater Department. He worked at Ankara State Theater between 1995-1997.

Serhat Tutumluer, who took a break from his duty at Kocaeli City Theater since 1997 as of the 2008-2009 season, still plays plays in Talimhane Theater in Istanbul, of which he is one of the founders.
